I am starting a high-quality quarterly magazine devoted purely to 'film as
canvas' -- photographers who use film experimentally, as a medium in itself
rather than in the narrative sense of recording the external world. Chemicals,
decay; how film can be manipulated in non-digital ways. This is what we'll be
